We come from many different backgrounds spiritual traditions and beliefs. Our group honors each members’ individual commitments by practicing compassion loving kindness equanimity and joyfulness. We are an open and welcoming community for anyone who wishes to practice. We also encourage those to come who would like to explore meditation and learn more about Buddhism.

This practice helps us to take care of and transform suffering in our lives and in our society.
