Zen dude

Lay practitioner of the Dhamma. Having a body which has survived two primary Cancers and now Kidney Disease as well as some Neurological Challenge, has provided an Insight into the fact that the body-mind this very life is Responsible for, is more inconstant than once believed, and there is no one in charge of it. I must take responsibility for it, and since the Mind is the Forerunner to the body my own Suffering depends on the care of this very mind. 51 years of life have proved that the greatest discovery of mankind has to be the Buddhadhamma. So i give thanks, and am available to other Practitioners for a friend and a smile. Practice well friends. We take a look, then make a change.

Ben 36 y/o been practising on and off for 9yrs. Found Dhammarato and the supramundane dhamma a year or so ago and been practising consistently since then. Living in Vietnam around on Discord (MrBen/misterb3n) and Skype calls. Always up to connect and chat with fellow friends in the dhamma.
