I am a middle aged american male. I grew up in the USA I currently work for the State Gooberment. They pay me well have nice benefits and a low stress environment. I have enjoyed meditation esoteric philosophy and spiritual seeking ever since I had a near death experience at 21 and astral projected as part of the OBE. It really made me fascinated about spirituality. Since I am a logical and rational person Buddhism and other eastern philosophies appealed to me. Like advaita vedanta hinduism and buddhism.
